It's true, women's lingerie should make you feel sexy but also comfortable with your own body. Every woman should like herself choosing the clothes in which she feels beautiful but also and above all comfortable. In fact, wearing uncomfortable lingerie even if beautiful can cause discomfort to avoid. The choice should take into account certain factors.

• Material: the choice of material is fundamental to allow the skin to breathe which, on the contrary, promotes the proliferation of bacteria that cause infections or bad odor.
• Comfortable size to have maximum freedom of movement, without leaving marks of the elastics on the skin.
• Model: panties, culottes or Brazilian? Top, bodysuit or bra? The suitable model must contain and protect without tightening and must perfectly adapt to the body lines.
• Colors: there are patterned models and with bright colors but to wear them under tight clothes it is advisable to choose basic single-tone colors.

The same rules also apply for socks and pajamas which, preferably, should be made of cotton to absorb sweat, allow shoes to fit perfectly and spend the night without disturbing sleep. In this case, you can dare with colors and prints to make bedtime more cheerful.
