Returns and Exchanges

On our online store, you can enjoy your first return or exchange for free!*

You always have 30 days to request a size exchange or return.

The return can be free or paid depending on the conditions below.

*Conditions to qualify for a free return or exchange

• ✅ Only valid for non-discounted items (full price)
• ✅ Order must be over €99.00
• ✅ Only the first return or exchange is free
• ✅ Valid only for orders delivered within Italy

Return Instructions

1. Log into your account and go to "Order history and details"
2. Select the order you want to return by clicking "Details" (on mobile, tap the order reference)
3. Select the products you want to return
4. Enter the quantity to be returned (if more than one)
5. In the "Return or exchange item" field, add a note explaining why you wish to return the item/size
6. Click on "Request a return/exchange"

You’ll receive full instructions by email and in your personal area after the request is submitted.

Return Methods

• 🚚 Home pickup by our courier: €12.00
• 📦 Drop-off at an InPost Locker or pickup point: €8.00 (check here)
• 📤 Return with your own courier at your expense: free of charge with full refund*

*The product must be shipped within 7 working days.

Important Notes

• The product must be returned in its original box/bag, inside the Cristiano branded box (or a similar box of the same size)
• Some items include a warranty seal: this must not be removed, cut, or damaged
• Refunds will be issued using the original payment method
• For orders paid cash on delivery, refunds are made only via bank transfer
• 🎁 Gift wrap and cash on delivery fees are non-refundable

Refunds are processed within 2 to 10 business days.

Exchange Instructions

1. Log into your account and go to "Order history and details"
2. Select the order you wish to exchange by clicking "Details"
3. Select the items you wish to exchange
4. Enter the quantity to exchange
5. In the "Return or exchange item" field, specify the size and/or item you would like in return
6. Click on "Request a return/exchange"

We will arrange a courier pickup at the address provided in the order. You’ll receive all details via email and in your personal area.

Exchange Costs

• 🔁 First exchange: €6.00
• 🔁 From the second exchange onward: €12.00

When can you request a Return or Exchange?

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange unused items within 30 calendar days from delivery.

According to Article 64 of the Consumer Code, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 15 working days without penalties.

The returned item must be in perfect condition. If the product is damaged or missing parts, it will be returned to the sender with shipping charges applied.

If the return complies with these conditions, you will be fully refunded as quickly as possible.

⚠️ Attention

• The item must be returned in its original packaging and placed inside the Cristiano branded box (or a box of similar size)
• The warranty seal must not be removed, cut, or broken
• 🧼 For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of the following items:
  • Socks or tights
  • Underwear, briefs, boxers, swimwear bottoms
  • Bras or adhesive accessories
