Shipments to Italy, San Marino and Vatican City are made via GLS, SDA or local private courier (only for the provinces of Caserta and Naples).

Shipping Times
Delivery times vary by country and region but do not exceed 7 working days. In Italy, delivery times are:
- 24/48 working hours from shipment confirmation
- 48/72 working hours for islands and hard-to-reach areas
Orders are processed by 2:00 PM. Orders placed after 2:00 PM on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following Monday.
All shipments include tracking via a code sent by email at the time of dispatch.
Non-EU Shipments
Products shipped to non-EU countries are sold VAT-free. Upon arrival, the courier may require the payment of custom duties and local taxes, which are the customer’s responsibility.
Mandatory Documentation
All shipments include an order summary stating the declared value of each item, as required by commercial regulations.
Pickup at InPost Locker (Italy only)
We offer the option to collect your orders from InPost Lockers located across Italy. These are automated lockers that serve as pickup and storage points, accessible 24/7. You can find the nearest Locker using the interactive map on the InPost website.
How to collect from an InPost Locker:
- 📧 Arrival notification: When your package reaches the selected Locker, you will receive an email and/or SMS with a unique pickup code (PIN), and in some cases, a QR code.
- 📍 Package collection: Go to the chosen InPost Locker and follow these steps:
- 1️⃣ Tap the Locker screen to activate it.
- 2️⃣ Select "Collect your parcel".
- 3️⃣ Enter the PIN using the virtual keyboard or scan the QR code from your smartphone.
- 4️⃣ The locker door containing your package will open automatically. Collect your parcel and close the door afterward.
