Return at an InPost pick-up point or locker costs less than home collection. Only in Italy.

Here’s how to make a return in 7 simple steps:

1) Visit the InPost Returns website by clicking HERE

2) Select the store Cristiano Calzature as the return destination. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.

3) Enter all the required information to create your return request: Order number (found in your reserved area or in the confirmation email) and reason for the return.

4) Wait for your return request to be approved by us.

5) You will receive an acceptance notification via email, containing a LABEL to print and attach to the package. This will allow you to finalize the return.

6) Use the InPost portal to locate the nearest locker to you. You can access the portal by clicking HERE

7) Drop off the package at the selected collection point and scan the label. The package must be properly sealed and protect the product during shipping.

*Refunds will be issued within 3–5 business days from receipt of the return.

This return method via InPost costs €8, while a home pick-up return with GLS courier costs €12. By choosing the InPost return option, you can enjoy significant savings. Note: Valid only in Italy.
